How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once you complete your booking online, you receive a confirmation by email with all the details. You can also view your scheduled transfer in our system.

Can I reserve your service for out-of-town trips?

Our routes can be adjusted to any enquiry. If none of the ALPY chauffeurs are available, we will find a tailor-made solution with our partners.

What safety measures do you have in place for winter driving?

Our vehicles are equipped with winter tyres and snow chains, and are regularly inspected by our technical team.
